Meet Our Game-Changing Keynote Speakers
Prepare to be inspired by three phenomenal women who are redefining leadership and entrepreneurship:
Major General (Ret.) Cauley von Hoffman served 36 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring in 2025 as Deputy Chief of Air Force Reserve at the Pentagon. She helped guide strategy, policy, and budget oversight for more than 70,000 personnel nationwide. Her career spanned logistics, sustainment, and operations, with leadership roles from squadron command to Utah’s Ogden Air Logistics Complex, the Joint Staff, and multiple U.S. and international headquarters. A veteran of several major deployments, she remains a dedicated advocate for service members—especially in Utah—and serves on the boards of the Utah Defense Alliance and the Aerospace Heritage Foundation of Utah.
Presentation Title: Leadership Beyond Labels: Bridging Generations Without Lowering Expectations
Description: Drawing on decades of command experience, Cauley von Hoffman explores the generational stereotypes in the current workforce and reframes the conversation around universal truths in leading teams. This keynote shows leaders how to bridge generational differences without lowering expectations—and why strong leadership and a united sense of purpose drive results.
Jennifer Colosimo is a senior executive with 35 years of experience building high-performing teams and driving strategy execution across go-to-market, digital, operational, and culture transformation initiatives. As former Enterprise President at FranklinCovey, she led global strategy, consulting, coaching, and commercial operations across the U.S., six international offices, and 60 global licensees. She is the author of the forthcoming book Expect A Lot, Care A Lot (Fall 2026) and co-author of Strikingly Different Selling and Great Work, Great Career (with Stephen R. Covey). Jennifer has keynoted in 45 states and 15 countries and has been published in Chief Executive, Forbes, and Training Industry. Her career includes executive leadership roles at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), DaVita, and FranklinCovey. She was recognized as an Outstanding Woman in Business (Denver Business Journal, 2022) and a Titan 100 honoree (2025).
Presentation Title: Expect A Lot Care A Lot: The 6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team to Success
Description: Leaders are expected to achieve results, and they care about their people, but they often see high performance and creating an engaged culture as separate accountabilities. This keynote will overview a key shift regarding how you think about leading a team, integrating expecting a lot, and caring a lot, and then translate that mindset into daily, observable behaviors that lead to sustained high performance.
Katy Blommer is the founder of Women’s Best Life University and a vice president at a global financial corporation, where she has built a 24-year career rising from customer service to leading large international teams. Passionate about helping women thrive, she created The Working Mom Happiness Method—now a signature program, podcast, and forthcoming book (April 2026). Named one of Utah Business’ 30 Women to Watch (2023), Katy blends executive leadership experience with practical coaching to help working moms create balance, build healthy habits, and succeed professionally.
Presentation Title: Own Your Life, Own Your Career: The Unexpected Path to Your Career Success
Description: Katy’s keynote flips the traditional career-development script by turning inward—focusing on self-worth, self-care, and daily habits that fuel lasting confidence and growth. Through personal stories, cultural insights, and practical tools, she helps audiences rebuild their sense of value, understand how societal conditioning shapes workplace confidence, and reframe body image as part of authentic leadership presence. Attendees leave equipped to break cycles of guilt and shame, build sustainable routines, set boundaries, trust their voice, and recognize that self-worth is the true driver of visibility, advancement, and long-term success.
These dynamic leaders will share transformative lessons on leadership, resilience, and financial empowerment—tools you can apply to elevate your career, grow your business, or make a lasting impact. Don’t miss your chance to hear from them!
