Uplifting and Empowering Women in Business
Power. Connection. Growth.

At ChamberWest, our Women in Business initiative is more than just a network—it’s a movement of bold, driven, and inspiring women who are redefining leadership on the west side of the valley. We are dedicated to empowering and uplifting women as they advance in their professional journeys, working collaboratively with and for our members to foster an environment where women thrive through leadership development, education, and meaningful business relationships.
This is where professional development meets personal empowerment. Whether you're building a business, climbing the corporate ladder, or launching your next big idea, you’ll find your people here—women who push boundaries, break barriers, and support each other every step of the way.
The impact of successful women in business is undeniable. According to the 2022 Annual Report from the National Women’s Business Council (NWBC), women-owned businesses generated an impressive $1.8 trillion in revenues in 2019. Yet challenges persist: 73% of women report difficulties obtaining funding, and Harvard Business Review found that women-led startups received just 2.3% of venture capital funding in 2020. At ChamberWest, we are committed to addressing these disparities by connecting women to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to succeed.

Fundraising & Partnerships
Organizations We Support
Each year, ChamberWest Women in Business thoughtfully selects one or two nonprofit partners that serve the westside community. Through a combination of fundraising events, volunteer initiatives, and promotional support, we work to amplify their impact. Our efforts include hosting events like raffles and holiday parties, organizing volunteer opportunities such as pantry drives, and providing marketing exposure through event booths and promotional campaigns. Together, these activities help generate vital funds, raise awareness, and rally community support for our nonprofit partners.
